Recommendations for SharePoint 2010 developer/expert

Hi all,

Does anyone know a skilled SharePoint (SP) 2010 expert who can develop a small subsite (our main site is running on SP2010) for one of our divisions?

They're looking for someone who can build a few static pages, create a visual branding based on our official one, as well as built a simple inventory of trade-related resources.

As usual, this is an urgent request :-)
