(ICTSD) is looking to redesign its website http://www.ictsd.org/
The ICTSD website is the public face of the organization and the main hub for
its communications. It is also one of the most efficient and cost-effective
means to engage global audiences.
The attached documents invite interested parties to file a tender for the
website design (i) and/or its development (ii).
Agencies can submit tenders for both design and development, but are not
required to. Each tender, however, should be sent separately.
ICTSD will consider joint expressions of interest from design and development
institutions willing to work together as a partnership.
Detailed information about the criteria and rules for application is provided
in the Call for Tenders. Additional details will also be included in the Design
and Development packages, which will be sent upon request to interested
agencies.
Specific tasks, duties and activities to be carried out by the successful
institution will be negotiated and agreed at the time the contract is awarded.
