Call for Tenders – Digital event production

RLS Geneva is looking for a service provider to produce and stream the third edition of the Night of Global Social Rights (NGSR). The NGSR is a 24-hour global hybrid conversation. Indeed, some speakers will be joining  online, but most will be present directly in the Geneva studio. The third edition of NGSR will have three main studios, in Geneva, Paris and New York, and will be held between the 9th and 10th December 2023. The Geneva Studio will be in charge of parts of the NGSR and will stream and manage the event on Sunday 10th December 2023, from 10:00 to 17:00.

Summary of the tasks:

• Set up of a studio enabling the intervention of speakers both by zoom and physically present
• One day (approx. 7 hours) of live transmission and recording of audio and video
• Transmission for the audience attending the studio
• Delivery of video of the conferences, in Full HD format.
• Video report of the event (3 to 5 minutes), in Full HD format.
