Full time front-end web designer and developer position at ISSAT DCAF

I'm looking to hire a front-end web designer and developer to join my team. It would be a one year contract with an option to renew. This person would be focused on helping me to build and maintain innovative web-based tools that facilitate the capture, sharing and practical application of knowledge related to security sector reform.
