L’organisation pour mardi 22 Juillet sera beaucoup meilleure que
l’organisation de mardi 15 Juillet…
The organisation tomorrow evening will be much better than last
week...

o Emily sera le chef pour mardi 22 juillet (Joanna sera à Prague)
x Emily will be the coordinator... her main helpers will be Aerial
Elkin, Mary Nunn, Raquel Tarrita, Jerome Lespes, Jane and Ray Veness,
Mike Leahy and Geoff Johnson (Joanna will be in Prague)

o Quand tout la monde arriveront… les joueuse iront a le marquer de
ses équipes ou ils iront dans l’enclos pour regrouper les joueurs /
joueuses sans équipe
x When everybody arrives we ask them to go to the marker indicating
their team... or to the "Holding Pen" for Teamless Pleayer

o On organisera tous les équipes avec assez joueuse et femmes
x We will make sure each team has enough players including enough
women and we will distribute the Teamless players

o On demandera qui pourrait être les arbitre et on donnera chaque’ un
les règles en français ou anglais… comme il voudrait
x We will ask who would like and is able to be referees and give them
a set of rules in French or English

o On donnera a chaque équipe les liste des matches, une feuille de
papier pour mètre l’information des joueuse, les règles en français et
les règles en anglais
x We will give each team a list of matches / times / pitches, a sheet
of paper to compile their player contact information (it would be good
if each team nominated a captain to take charge of this) and a set of
rules in both French and English.

o Et …On commencera jouer
x We will start to play

o Il y aurai Panneau d'informations pour voire les scores et quel
qu’un qui aideront les gens qui arriveront en retard trouver un
équipe
x There will be an information board and table (person watching this
table will help late-comers to find teams, and will write up scores on
board)

o Il y aurai Boîtes à dons: (cette argent va contribuer à la fête de
fin de saison touch)
x There will be a donations box to gather money for an end of season
party

o Il y aurai quel qu’un qui vendra les boissons
x We will be selling refreshments at the information table

o Apres les matches on va a Charly’s… Ils aurent quel que nourriture
gratuit (des frites etc..)
x After the matches we will all head to Charly's where Donal is
putting on some free snack food (chips etc)
