I might be shouting into the dark...

Genetify is really awesome, I hope that maybe we can revive some
interest in working on it.

Can someone explain to me what the nonzero value is used for? I dug
through the code but didn't come up with an answer.

Nice to hear from you David. The nonzero is used to count nonzero values. Not sure if it used in js anymore.

I'm sorry, maybe I'm being extra dense today. Nonzero values of what,
exactly? In a few tests it looked like it tracked with hits, but then
in a larger sample it has diverged quite a bit from hits and I can't
figure out what it represents. Does it have to do with the genetic
algorithm?
