Hi all,

I am doing some research for a school project about food and
epigenetics.

In order to complete my work I would need to know a bit about the
current state of research in this field, in particular how far are we
in activating gene expressions through orally consumed compounds. Or
is it even possible to activate any gene expressions through anything
we eat?

Also as I need to do on-line research about this subject (of
activating gene expressions), I would appreciate any reference to
books or websites that discuss this (college level material would be
fine).

Thanks in advance,

Shah Shahil
