Error in Kobo form- PLEASE READ!

Dear indicator testing team

We have discovered a bug in the Kobo form which will affect some proportion of submissions (thanks Brenna for noting it). The bug relates to a time-saving feature we implemented: the “autofill” of some metadata on Ne and Nc under Section 5 (indicator 1). Unfortunately, the feature has a bug that will affect some of the forms when you use the 'save' function.

This bug is explained in this google document. Please read this before submitting any more Kobo forms, and please follow the clear instruction highlighted in yellow.

We are sorry we just found this problem! We are confident that we can back check submissions so far, and that we can avoid this in the future now that we know about it.
