Archiving pdfs and other sources

Hi all,

In our last meeting, the question was raised: Regarding the request to upload pdfs, what will be done with these and is this required? Sometimes not possible (e.g. hard copy books)

To summarise the discussion:

It was suggested that the requirement to upload documents to a shared folder be removed from the form. However, full references should be provided and participants are requested to maintain/archive copies of all materials and resources used for assessments, in case they need revisiting at some point in future.

Please comment if you have further ideas on this topic!

This requirement has been removed. A recommendation has replaced it asking assessors to please save all relevant/referenced documents on their own (personal/work) devices in case further consultation is required.
