just using logic inference and the true meaning of the operators AND, OR and NOT: 

Restricted is EOO < 20 000 km2 *OR* an AOO < 2 000 km2

==> if one of the arguments is smaller than the threshold, it should be considered restricted.

Wide-ranging is EOO > 20 000 km2. Restricted is EOO < 20 000 km2 or an AOO < 2 000 km2. We have a case in France of a species with a EOO > 20 000 km2 and AOO < 2 000 km2, Mauremys leprosa.

Has anyone encountered this situation and what was the decision you made ? Or any opinion on this is welcome.
