Cannot submit the form after changing my answers

Questions do not disappear after changing my answers, which is preventing me from submitting the form. What do I do?

The form can be slow to update due to the amount of questions and conditions many of the questions have on them. As such, if you make a change to an answer that affects which questions show up, there could be some glitches which can prevent you from submitting your form.  Please be patient in such situations OR even better try to ensure you select the most appropriate answers the first time around. Planning things out on the PDF version could be a good way to go or saving drafts while you source the needed information.

Also, if something like this occurs, please let us know which questions you filled in, which are not disappearing, etc. so we can look into it.  But first, give it a 5 to 10 second wait, or click on and off the problematic button, which may help.  Thanks!
