Mustard greens?

Anyone have any ideas for mustard greens?

First, be sure you really have mustard greens!  What I got was labeled "mustard greens" but it looked exactly like the pictures at http://fat-of-the-land.blogspot.com/2010/08/purslane-salad.html
What I got this week was actually purslane.  Mustard greens are big leafy green, purslane are small oval leaves...

Yes, we definitely have mustard, Vicki called it Ruby Streaks and recommended sauteing it with onions and garlic but we'll certainly have more left after that.
