New e_machine for AMD AIEngine

We’d like to get a new e_machine value assigned for the AMD/Xilinx AIEngine architecture, preferable EM_AIENGINE

There are several variants of the ISA: our current plan is to distinguish between them using e_flags, but if there is a strong reason to use different e_machine values, we can do that, too.
