How to resolve the segmentation fault in GeneRax

Hello, 

I encountered the same error while using both the Conda-based and compilation-based installation methods of GeneRax 2.1.3 in a virtual machine. The log file contains my error messages. I have also uploaded my computational environment details, but the error "segmentation fault" persists, which may involve a null pointer issue. May I ask what could be the reason for this situation and how it might be resolved?
