PROACTIVE INDIVIDUALS AS LEADERS OF TOMORROW (PILOT) Small group leaders training for GenerAsian neXt The mission of PILOT training program is to guide young Asian Americans to greater personal success, career achievement, and community leadership through service learning and social networking. This is the first year AACS provides this small group leaders training for young leaders who will participate in GenerAsian neXt. We believe that through this training, young developing leaders will build ongoing knowledge and skills to utilize updated technology, communicate with culturally diverse individuals, and seek methods to expeditiously capitalize on global market trends. More importantly this event will train Small Group Leaders to make this event more beneficial and fun for you! You will see these young leaders in GenerAsian neXt and don't forget to ask them what "PILOT" is like. They will be very excited to share their experiences with you! For more information, or a sneak peak about PILOT go to www.aacsohio.org/PILOT.html.
