The Essex village hiring its own security squad, because of tory cuts

Tiptree isn't that far from UKIP's Carswell's patch, it also has a parish council that has fallen into the tory trap, it will be funding it's own security squad because of the lack of police funding. I have just spent the last year organising an anti parish council committee, to fight the pro parish council group who had the backing of our tory MP, and the backing of another tory MP, none other than Eric Pickles, and an organisation that go by the initials EALC, or Essex association of local councils, read parish council for local council, the pro group also had the backing of the tory councillors, between them they tried to flood the media with parish council spin, and flood my private estate with so called news letters that were very restricted with information, and also contained lies they thought they could get away with, they really thought the work they did made it a cut and dried slam dunk certainty, they lost, we won. After they got the knock back, I ended up in hospital, where I met another man from my borough, in my ward, who when he found out where I was from, told me they were trying for a parish council in his estate, I gave him all the information I could, and in the last couple of weeks learnt that parish council was knocked back. We all know Dave is proud of the fact he is capping council tax increases, which leads to councils cutting services, what is little known, is that new parish councils have increased as well, it is also little known that parish councils are not capped like borough councils, meaning they can increase their precept by any amount they choose, when borough councils cut services, parish councils think they are doing good by taking them over, then they have to increase the precept to pay for it, which is nothing more than a council tax increase by the back door, there are over 9,000 parish councils in the country, and I have yet to find one where the precept has been reduced, they all increase year on year, it's another Dave con, and being pushed by tory MP's and councillors.
