I wonder why that is, could it be that they dredged the rivers and widened the critical sections, does dredging work or is it a waste of time, ask the people in Somerset for the answer.

We now find out that lack of removing debris from the rivers up north has caused the bridge collapse at Tadcaster, just normal river maintenance and management neglected, Dilley is a mate of Dave, has been foe some years, he got the old boys act from Dave, and again another disastrous appointment by him.
