error running mutsigcv

Hi , I am getting an error when running mutsigcv on genepattern public server. This is the job id

error is 

Error using gp_MutSigCV>MutSig_runCV (line 854)

silent and nonsilent rates are too different Error in gp_MutSigCV (line 194)

My mutation_type_dcitionary_file.txt is attached. Could this be the issue?
