How to get a timestamp for old GenePattern GSEA result?

Hello,

 

I’ve been trying to reproduce GSEA results from old GenePattern using both new GenePattern and javaGSEA 3.0.

 

I’ve been getting similar yet not identical results possibly because of random seed parameter with default timestamp value. The good news is that when I’m using producer_timestamp value from old GenePattern GSEA as a random seed value, the results from new GenePattern and javaGSEA are 100% identical. However I’m still confused as to which timestamp value to use in new GenePattern GSEA to make results 100% identical to old GenePattern GSEA. Any ideas?
