coverage file not found in MutSigCV

Hi,

I am trying to run MutSigCV on the genepattern server with the exome coverage file that is available with the package. However, I am unable to load the file shared_data/example_files/MutSigCV_1.3/exome_full192.coverage.txt

Could you please let me know where I can find this file?
