Subscripted assignment dimension mismatch.

Hi,

I am getting this error for MutSig which seems very cryptic. 

Any idea what this means? The input data seems okay and follows the instructions. Also, I am only analyzing SV (small ins and deletions) with category 7 and effect as nonsilent.

Is there something I am doing wrong? 

The job id is 608353.

I took a quick look but am not familiar enough with MutSigCV to be able to help with this.  I suggest you contact the authors of the method at mutsi...@broadinstitute.org and ask them.
