DESeq2 ver 3 issues

Hi,

I am currently getting this error message for job id: 630561

Error in seq_len(length(idx) - 1) :

  argument must be coercible to non-negative integer
Calls: GP.deseq2 ... DESeqDataSet -> paste -> standardGeneric -> eval -> eval -> eval
Execution halted

For job id: 630307,

same cls and gct were used but gct had the last 3 columns as first 3 columns. it was successfully run.

Can you please help with this?

Sorry that this was missed when you sent this to gp-help originally.   Unfortunately the job has already been deleted from the server (they are cleaned up after 2 weeks).  It looks likely that it was a format issue in the gct file.  If you still need help, please re-run the job and let us know the new job number.
