I am using ssGSEA. My question  is,

"How can we find how many genes in the gene set positively contributed to the enrichment score?"

I have used GSEA before. There we can get this information very easily (given as Yes or No in the table). But not here. I can find the overlaps and number of gene sets considered after applying size filter from the stdout file.

Is there any module to perform leading edge analysis like GSEA to find overlap among gene sets, genes contributing to enrichment score of a gene set etc??

Thanks.

Hello ,

You might try the GSEALeadingEdgeViewer.

Note that you will also need to use the Visualizer Launcher.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Best,

Barbara
