Error in DESeq2

Hi sir,

I have been trying to run the DESeq2 module. But it is showing an error. I have attached the stderr.txt with this email. Kindly check and help me find a solution.

we are currently working to diagnose the problems with the DESeq2 module. We will update you this thread when we have implemented a fix.

We have just deployed a new container for the DESeq2 module and we believe it should be working properly now. Please feel free to try it and let us know if you have any problems.
