genePattern python API - gsea parameter gene.sets.database no longer a choice

Hi

I'm using the python API for genePattern to run preranked GSEA, and today when I tried to run my code and set the gene.sets.database parameter I got the error message:

GPException: 'not a choice parameter'

This was a choice parameter as recently as last Thursday 3:30 PM EST. Is this a problem somewhere on the server or a known change, if the latter can you point me to some documentation so I can update my code?

Hi Dave!

Are you still seeing this?

There was an issue with the dropdowns in GSEA & GSEAPreranked early last week, but I back out the change, and they are working again in the WebApp.

Let us know if you are currently experiencing this issue via the API.
