Please respond with the following information as applicable: Complete description of the problem (ie what you were trying to do and what went wrong):
Hi,
I am trying to create a heat map using the Gene IDs and Log2 values that I have from analyzing my RNA seq data. It includes 57 genes (all of which have an adjusted p-value of less than 0.05). Every time I try to use the heat map image tools to do this, it tells me the job failed because of an 'unknown version on line 1.' I'm not sure what is going wrong. It's a .gct file. Can you possibly help me with this?
Thank you,
Jillian Knox

Hello Jillian and Edwin
I also seem to be having the same error message when I run my .gct file to make a heat map. I looked over the formatting requirements and my .gct file seems to be set up correctly. I was wondering if you had any other suggestions to try?
Thank you for your help!
Courtney

Hello Courtney,
If you can provide your job id, we can take a look at your file and see what else might be causing your trouble.
