As a GenePattern user, the most common problem for us is the dirty gene expression data that comes from various sources (e.g., Gaussian white noise, which is really annoying). I've used the dryer vent service before, and the result is fantastic -- the heatmap shows a beautiful red-blue pattern, even for genes with non-significant value (p>0.2) and low log-fold changes (FC<0.1)! How many users do you think you need to secure a $150 price, to get a publication-ready figure, even if your data is 90% trash? Please let me know,
