DAPPLE input problem

Hello GenePattern,

Good afternoon, I am doing DAPPLE analysis for my data, I am facing input problem, the error message shows that file must have alphanumeric characters"Please only use alphanumeric characters in your". my input file is a list of SNPs p-value < 5e-05. I used some command and rewrite the input file to remove other hidden characters but still getting error can anyone please help me to sort out this problem and rerun my analysis on DAPPLE module.
