question about NearestTemplatePrediction

Hi, I tried to run NTP, it's always execution halted: 

"Error in read.table(file = file, header = header, sep = sep, quote = quote,  :

  empty beginning of file
Calls: NTPez -> read.delim -> read.table"

the supllymentary file are my example files and error.

Hi

I think the problem is that the file(s) was saved using unicode, but the module is expecting an ascii file.  When I look at the file in the Atom text editor it looks like  the attached image.

You can use an online tool like https://onlineunicodetools.com/convert-unicode-to-ascii co convert the file.  You will probably need to do this for all input files.
