AuDIT is not in the module list

Hi GenePattern,

I am planning on using AuDIT (https://www.genepattern.org/modules/docs/AuDIT) but failed to find it in the module list.

I noticed that similar issues have been reported since 2021 in several conversations. I wonder is there alternative way to run the software?

I have contacted the author of AuDIT to see if they have any update on those conversations from 2021 and whether it would be OK to share the code if not.  I believe I have located a copy of the old source code in deep archive which I could access after a day or 2.

I spoke to the original author of AuDIT and it appears that nobody spent the time to get AuDIT running in docker (and thus modern GenePattern) back in 2021.  He did OK sharing the source code and I have attached it here.

I will look at it next week to see if I can get it running in GenePattern but I can't give an ETA or guarantee of success.  I'll post back here once I have a result (positive or negative). Feel free to try to use it directly if you are familiar with R.
