Courtney,

Can you try again and confirm that this is happening repeatedly for you?  I have just done a few tests and have gotten the emails each time.  It might have been a momentary network glitch. If this is still failing for you what I can do is set your account email to one of my email accounts and then do the reset.  I will then forward the email to you and after you log back in you can change the email back to your own
