ssGSEA web version run error

Hi

I am seeing this error for ssGSEA, with my rpkm expression matrix and geneset.gmt file. I tried running ssGSEA with the same input files that worked few weeks ago and now I am seeing this error. Could you someone help me understand the error. I am on a deadline to complete my project.

Error in vector(length = gene.set.size, mode = "character") : invalid 'length' argument Calls: ssGSEA.cmdline Execution halted
