error after installing module

Hi, 

I am trying to install a module on local genepattern server. but I am getting the following output. 
All the input files even the R scirpt is getting ignored am I missing something to select or give while instaling?

that looks like an error at run time not an error at the time of module installation.  To debug this I think I will need to look at your module and its underlying code.  I'll send you my email address privately in a moment and if you could share the module zip file (export from your GenePattern server) I can take a more detailed look.
