Please respond with the following information as applicable:
 Complete description of the problem (ie what you were trying to do and what went wrong):

Job ID if run on a publicly available server.
139333. HierarchicalClustering

The error I got is:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/opt/gpbeta/gp_home/taskLib/HierarchicalClustering.7.17.648/HierarchicalClustering.py", line 78, in <module>
    col_D = pdist(data_transpose, metric=pdist_dict[col_distance_metric])
  File "/opt/conda/lib/python3.6/site-packages/scipy/spatial/distance.py", line 1429, in pdist
    dm[k] = metric(X[i], X[j])
TypeError: my_affinity_u() takes 1 positional argument but 2 were give

How do I fix it? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

There seems to be a bug with the uncentered correlation function. I have made a note of this and will address it in our next development cycle.

In the meantime, you can use other distance metrics (like the Pearson Correlation) unless you have a specific need for an uncentered Pearson correlation metric.

Edwin.
