NMFConsensus job completed without any results

Please respond with the following information as applicable:

hi, I'm a new learner of this platform. And I try to use the NMFconsus module. After uploading the gct file and confirming the settings routinely, I wait for the result for a day, and only to find that job seems to be completed correctly, but there is no result at all ! 

I wonder if it's my incorrect settings or files ,otherwise the bug in the sever giving rise to this problem,  and how can I handle with it?

Hello,

That particular module has a default runtime limit of 1 day. Your job hit that limit and was ended.

I have configured your user account so that NMFConsensus has 2 days to run before it will terminate.

Please let us know if you have any further trouble.
