ExpressionFileCreator Error

Hi all, 

I'm a relatively new GenePattern user and have been having some difficulty using the ExpressionFileCretor module to normalize a data set that is contained in zipped file with all of the CEL files that I want to use. These CEL files were originally CEL.gz files that I downloaded from GEO and then unzipped to use for this module. I'm not sure what the issue is but would appreciate any suggestions that more experienced program users have. Thank you!

Hi Bri,

Can you describe the problems you are having? Also, if you were using the public GenePattern server, can you provide the ID of the ExpressionFileCreator job that's producing the problem?
