Error running SurvivalDifference and CoxRegression

Hello! 

I am trying to run survival analyses on some TCGA patient data but any program I try to run I get the error "Could not find or load main class RunR" no matter what parameters I change. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

SurvivalDifference is running again using the test data from the documentation (https://datasets.genepattern.org/?prefix=gpftp/pub/genepattern/example_files/CoxRegression/).

CoxRegression is also running again using the same data.

I did not have success running using your data but I am not certain of the correct parameter settings and I am not familiar with either of these analyses or the R language they are written in.  Hopefully they will work for you now.
