Hello,
I am using GenePattern on cloud to run a MutSigCV job and get such error information. Can you help me fix it?
Job ID: 70800.MutSigCV
Error information.
stderr.txt: /opt/gpbeta/gp_home/resources/wrapper_scripts/gp-common.sh: line 598: /opt/gpbeta/gp_home/taskLib/MutSigCV.1.2.890/gp_MutSigCV: Permission denied
