Error attempting to run MutSigCV on GenePattern

Hello,

I was trying to run MutSig on around 80 samples. I downloaded all the default files from the job submission page and uploaded them in their respective input. Every time I attempt to submit a MutSig job, I get back the following stderr :

/opt/gpbeta/gp_home/resources/wrapper_scripts/gp-common.sh: line 598: /opt/gpbeta/gp_home/taskLib/MutSigCV.1.2.217/gp_MutSigCV: Permission denied

The input files I used are attached.

What could be done to solve this issue?
