Error running example dataset on gene expression analysis protocol

 A complete description of the problem (ie what you were trying to do and what went wrong):

Trying to learn how to use the software by going through the Differential Gene Expression protocol on the main page. For each step I used the "open module with sample dataset" and ran the module but an error returned for each step. Any ideas why the sample might not run?
