how to generate GSEA plots with ssGSEA?

how can I generate GSEA plots with ssGSEA?

Hi Kathrin,

Unfortunately the ssGSEA module does not produce an analogue of the traditional GSEA mountain plot and there isn't a way to get it to do so.

The standard presentation of ssGSEA results generally seem to be a heatmap/clustered heatmap of some sort.
