SSGSEA ROC Parse error

Hello,

I've been trying to run the ssGSEA ROC module and am receiving the following error:

Error in parse(text = paste0("dataset$", dataset_calculations[dataset_calculations[c(1)] == : <text>:1:14: unexpected numeric constant 1: dataset$Type 2 ^ Calls: prediction -> is.data.frame -> eval -> parse

Execution halted

I am using proj GCT from the ssGSEA module and have made the CLS file myself and with the ClsFileCreator tool. Both CLS files result in this error.

I have previously ran this module in January 2023 without any issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
