how can I get these files about MutSigCV ? like chr_files_hg19.zip mutation_type_dictionary_file.txt exome_full192.coverage.txt.zip gene.covariates.

these files  can't be downloaded  in CGA (https://software.broadinstitute.org/cancer/cga/mutsig_run)  .So how can I get those ? TX

Hello, 

It appears the MutSig authors and/or the IT department at the Broad have archived these files. I'm investigating whether they are still accessible.

You should be able to access them by appending the file names to the end of this URL:

https://software.broadinstitute.org/cancer/cga/sites/default/files/data/tools/mutsig/reference_files/<filename.file>
