where to download mutsig2CV

I have noticed people using mutsig2CV in the published work (Lin DC et al., Gut 2017; Campbell JD, NatGenet 2016) and also that mutsig2CV results on TCGA data are available from FireBrowse.

However, I cannot find where to download mutsig2CV. The latest version on the mutsig website is version 1.4 (http://archive.broadinstitute.org/cancer/cga/mutsig).

Could anyone advise on this, please? I appreciate it very much.

Hello, 

It appears that the old forum maintained by the authors is no longer available.

I would suggest emailing the authors using the address I provided, or perhaps attempt to reach them through their recent GitHub repository for a new version of Mutsig2CV_NC - I'm not sure if they'll be able to help you with this issue, but the code maintained there was at least active as of March 2020 and the result of a recent paper.

Hi Barbara,

Thank you so much for the reply.

I’ve look at the github Mutsig2CV_NC. That one is for the non coding area. Please correct me if I‘m wrong, I feel the github one is quite different from the MutSigCV which focuses on exon. But, it’s good to also do the noncoding as well. And maybe I can find answers or my questions will be answered in github as well.
