Merging networks

Hello there. Wishing a little help related to your cytoscape plugin 'Genemania'. I have made two networks depending on two different condition. When I am combing those networks via using 'merge tool, I am getting result for 'Union' and 'Difference' options. But when I am using 'intersection' its providing no result or networks . Even if I have tried within two same network built with same parameter . Its creating network 100% same in this case but not working with 'intersection' merging option. It should provide 100 similarities within two same networks.
