Hello GeneMANIA Team,

My name is Fabiola Juárez. I am a first year PhD student at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. After being introduced to your website, specifically the concept of it, I envisioned how a tool like this, but with protein purification information would be very useful to our field. I am reaching out to learn about the process you did to get to this point. I would like to start something like this for the protein discovery field. I really appreciate your help and look very much forward to hearing from you. You can reach me via email: fabiola...@ucdenver.edu or fjuarezj...@gmail.com or to via cellphone (805) 705-8845

Thank you,

Fabiola Juárez.

Hi Fabiola - could you provide some additional information about your proposed use? GeneMANIA can work with any gene-gene (or protein-protein) network information. What kind of protein purification information are you working with and how would it be converted to a network?

Best,
Gary
