We have just released a new version of the GeneMANIA Cytoscape app.

This minor release fixes the "timeout" error that is displayed when querying GeneMANIA remotely (e.g. through the Network Search Bar or the EnrichmentMap app) with a large gene list.

The GeneMANIA app can be installed from Cytoscape's App Manager or from the Cytoscape App Store.
