A quick announcement.  We've released a new beta version of GeneMANIA on http://beta.genemania.org

The major change is that we've updated the dataset.  We've upgraded to Ensembl 58 which means that we will recognize more gene names and that we have switched from TAIR to Ensembl Plant for our Arabidopsis gene ID mappings.  Also, we have updated version of networks from BioGRID, Pathway Commons, I2D, and GEO.  In total, we've added approximately 200 networks and 10 million interactions.  We've also performed a few minor bug fixes.

There are a few issues with the new dataset that we will be addressing in the coming weeks before we move it over to the main site:
- The default networks are not set correctly but you can work around this by setting them yourself
- Some of the networks have been placed in the wrong categories
- Some of our manually captured datasets are missing

If you find any other problems with the Beta release, please let us know.
