BARNS'S BANKRUPTCY.
WHEREAS a Commission of Bankrupt is awarded and issued against WILLIAM BARNS, of Greysouthen, in the County of Cumberland, Cordwainer, and he being declared a Bankrupt is hereby required to surrender himself to the Commissioners in the said Commission named, or the major Part of them, on the Twenty Second Day of November, Inst. 1816, at Five o'Clock in the Evening, and on the Twenty Third Day of November, Inst. and on the Twenty First Day of December next, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, at the Golden Lion in Maryport, in the said County, and make a full Discovery and Disclosure of his Estate and Effects; when and where the Creditors are to come prepared to prove their Debts; at the Second Sitting to choose Assignees, and at the last Sitting, the said Bankrupt is required to finish his Examination; and the Creditors are to assent to, or dissent from, the Allowance of the Bankrupt's Certificate.
All Persons indebted to the said Bankrupt, or who have any of his Effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to whom the commissioners shall appoint, but give Notice thereof to MR. FALCON, Solicitor, Elm Court, Temple, London, or MR. HODGSON, Solicitor, Whitehaven.
