After the business of the day was concluded, a party of upwards of fifty of the Netherby tenants sat down to an excellent dinner, prepared by Mr. LITTLE of the Graham's Arms, where the evening, until a late hour, was spent in that spirit of harmony which has characterised this society from its establishment by their much respected landlord, Sir James GRAHAM, Baronet, in 1819, and which holds out the best prospect of its continuing to be of the most essential benefit to the valuable and extensive estate of Netherby. Before separating, we understand, a very handsome sum, to be given in premiums for next year, was subscribed on the spot, to which Sir James GRAHAM, by his agent, Mr. YULE, of Glingerbank, likewise gives a very liberal addition.
